Talics

Talics are used to upgrade weapons and armor. Talics can be found by processing ore you obtain from mining (Reference: Game System - Mining), but the chances of producing them are small. Once you level up to 66, you will receive Certificate of Daily Quest items. Collect 5 pieces of it, combine them in the HERO NPC, and then you will get 10 pieces of Talic Reward Box Common.
