What is contribution to race?

The amount of work you did for your race while playing RF Online is represented by Contribution to Race. Contribution to race increases when you complete various quests or kill characters of other races and you may go up in class because the amount of contribution to race determines the class of a character.

CUMULATED CONTRIBUTION POINTS

This is the total sum of PvP points earned by killing other races and points earned from completing quests.

Increase contribution

  • Complete various quests

  • Kill characters of other races

Decrease contribution

  • Get killed by characters of other races

CLASSES BY RACE

Classes are subcategorized into eight according to the cumulative contribution points and the level of a character. Classes are displayed as icons next to each character’s name and it can also be seen in the information window. Each race has different names for its classes.

  • There are class restrictions for every level

  • The class of a character is determined once its contribution points to total population ratio is within a certain range

  • A character may get degraded when its contribution points are deducted and even if there are no changes to the contribution points, it may experience class adjustment if the overall class position is inefficient

  • Killing characters with lower contribution grades will not earn you too many points and killing characters with higher contribution grades will thus earn you more points.

CHECKING YOUR RANK

Checking in the game

You may get this from the Race Manager NPC of each race. Top 100 ranked classes are listed for all three races.
